Terrible kid gunned down Virginia Middle School Girl

The 14-year-old Virginia boy accused of shooting and killing a middle-school girl is facing even more charges.

Lucia Bremer, 13, was gunned down while walking with a friend and later pronounced dead at the hospital. The boy, who can't be named due to his age, was quickly identified as a suspect and taken into custody. Police say he didn't even know Bremer.

Shannon Taylor of the Henrico Commonwealth's Attorney's office says the teen made threats to shoot up a school on social media before he shot Bremer.

Three new counts will be filed against the boy: one for the school threat and two for the friend who was present during Bremer's attempted murder and brandishing a weapon. In connection with Bremer's death, the teen has been charged with second-degree murder, use of a firearm in the commission of a felony, and possession of a firearm by a minor.

The prosecutor said she would also consider charges against the adult whose gun the teen used in the shooting. There is no connection between the boy and the girls, according to investigators
