Deandre Turner, 38, was charged after a fatal shooting outside a Minnesota Elks club.

He was charged in Hennepin County District Court with one count of second-degree murder with intent in the killing of Andrew T. McGinley 37.

Turner's charges did not specify a motive, but they noted that McGinley and several others had gathered for a vigil for someone who had recently died and that many attendees were members of the Vice Lords area street gang.

Police responded to a shooting outside the Minnesota Club and found McGinley dead in the parking lot from multiple gunshot wounds.

A warrant was issued for Turner's arrest. No information has been released if he has been taking into custody.
