    I thought these "areas" were called neighborhoods. either way, they each should have the street(s) stated or shown, so the reader knows where it is the writer is talking about. almost everyone here asked "where".

    It seems written by someone not really familiar with Phoenix. Everyone knows the crime is in the democrat west avenues and south of McDowell, gun shots and robbery daily...
