Let The Music Play: Brittany Nicole "Never Satisfied"
2021-06-20
Let the Music Play series introduces you to new music from up and coming artists in the local community!
The pandemic hard hit our local music scene during the more than yearlong lockdown. Now that all that is starting to be behind us, it's a great time to spotlight local artists who deserve to be heard on a broad scale. Brittany Nicole is one such local artist.
Musically, Brittany Nicole is on a quest to become one of the music industry’s newest Pop/R&B artists with a style of music that bridges the 80’s & 90’s Funk & Soul groups like The SOS Band and Kool and the Gang, to today’s sounds from such artists as, Cardi B, Bruno Mars, and Jennifer Lopez, to name a few.
In her early 20’s, Brittany joined a few bands as lead singer. Local bands like Class Action, The Valley Cats, and the Classic All Stars, afforded Brittany a way to vibe with audiences and hone her stage skills and presence as a singer and performer.
Performing with these bands also allowed Brittany to play with some amazing musicians, and do big corporate show events for charity fundraisers, such as, Valley Children’s Hospital, Marjorie Mason (against domestic violence), and Bets for Pets (CCSPCA fundraiser), to name a few.
Brittany’s television appearances as a performer have included Great Day Fox 26, ABC Action News, and radio Interviews on KUHS Denver CO, Tejano Radio Network, The Duck- Manny In The Morning Show 93.9, KCAA radio with Angel baby (in Riverside), Mega oldies 97.9 With Noddy Roddy (in Fresno CA), to name a few.
Two highlights of Brittany’s performing career to date are performing in Las Vegas twice in 2019 on “The Dennis Bono Show” and singing the National Anthem at the L.A. Clippers’ game in Los Angeles in early 2020. Dreams come true for her personally.
Having her music played all around the world and modeling in print and for commercial Ads is Brittany’s goal and she is certainly off to a good start.
How do you like Brittany Nicoles sound? Is she the next BIG thing? Leave comments below.
