The Florida Lottery announced two big Florida Lottery scratch-off winners on Friday.

Baerbel Habedank, 57, of Melbourne, and David Hernandez-Lozano, 53, of Ocoee each claimed Scratch-Off prizes at the Orlando District Office.

Habedank claimed a $2 million top prize playing the $10 GOLD RUSH SUPREME Scratch-Off ticket and chose to receive her winnings as a one-time, lump-sum payment of $1,760,000.00. She purchased her winning ticket from Petro Star Investments LLC, the Chevron station located at 1600 North Wickham Road in Melbourne.

The retailer will receive a $4,000 bonus commission for selling the winning Scratch-Off ticket.

Hernandez-Lozano claimed a $1 million prize playing the $5,000,000 LUCK Scratch-Off and chose to receive his winnings as a one-time, lump-sum payment of $760,000.00. He purchased his winning ticket from 7-Eleven, located at 8269 Clarcona-Ocoee Road in Orlando.

The retailer will receive a $2,000 bonus commission for selling the winning Scratch-Off ticket.

The $10 GOLD RUSH SUPREME game launched in January and features more than $244.8 million in cash prizes, including eight top prizes of $2 million! The game’s overall odds of winning are one-in-3.49.

The $20 game, $5,000,000 LUCK, launched in September 2019 and features more than $329 million in cash prizes, including six top prizes of $5 million. The game’s overall odds of winning are one-in-2.97.

Scratch-Off games are an important part of the Lottery’s portfolio of games, comprising approximately 75 percent of ticket sales and generating more than $1 billion for the Educational Enhancement Trust Fund (EETF) in fiscal year 2019-20.
