If you are one of the WINOS (What? Don’t be offended!) you need to be at the winery on Thursday, July 22nd. WINOS stands for, “Women in Need of Shopping.” Count me in! As you sip on delicious Michigan wine, you can peruse over 12 high-end vendors. There will be merchandise from small boutiques, pottery, make-up artists, candles, and soap … and so much more!

If you are ever looking for something to do on a Thursday, come to Cherry Creek Cellars! Every Thursday throughout the summer is a different activity. Sometimes it is a Sip & Paint, maybe yoga, or a trivia night.

If you want to get your Zen on, Cherry Creek Cellars offers yoga classes all summer long on Wednesdays from 6 PM to 7PM and on Saturdays from 9AM — 10 AM. Every participant receives a free glass of wine!

As the weather gets hotter, stop in for a wine slushie! Or you can order a traditional glass of Michigan grown wine or hard cider and pair it with a panini or seasonal salad.

Cherry Creek Cellars knows what they are doing. They have been at it over 100 years. After the four generations of Burtka’s owned it for personal enjoyment for friends and family, in 2003, John and Denise Burtka began sharing their family’s pastime with the world. Patrick Spencer, who has had experience working in wineries in New Zealand, purchased Cherry Creek Cellars and is passionately overseeing the crops and the business.
