    Established in 2007, Kick Start Martial Arts teaches the Korean martial art called Tang Soo Doo. You might know the art from Chuck Norris, as he is the most famous American to do the practices. The place is known to emphasize self-discipline and socialization skills in its drills. Kick Start students starting from the age of 5.

    Chien Hong offers instruction for various Chinese martial arts; Hung Fist style Kung Fu, Chen style Tai Chi, and Shaolin Chi Gong. They also teach the TACT/DART System (Tactical Assault Combat Techniques/Direct Assault Reaction Training), a modern self-defense training system.

    They have programs for children, for adults who want to get lean, fit, and strong and enhance children’s confidence and focus.
