This is bogus! if the people with the most influence in lafayette would support their community panhandling would be minimized major. Help the community of Lafayette. dont condemn them. Ask yourself people, "what would Jesus do". I knkw he wouldn't put up signs. May God bless lafayette to escape a structure that lifts only certain members of our community instead of all of them.
