    There seems to be more to the story about the owner of the car. I do not think he should of been released on bail until they had all the facts on the owner. Why would someone that owns that expensive of a car and has the speed it has let a non license driver drive it?

    Who is getting traffic tickets anymore? Vegas is like a foreign country in terms of driving. LVMPD is not actively patrolling for unsafe drivers. Only when an accident happens do the careless drivers get cited.
