A man was taken into custody after making threats at a McDonald's located at 2862 Jefferson Davis Highway in Aquia. The disturbance and two more separate incidents involving a gun made quite a field day for the authorities.

    How did it all happen?

The Stafford County officers stated that the whole situation started right before 10 a.m. on Saturday. At that time, a deputy responded to a call about a man threatening all employees at a McDonald’s.

The employees said that a Door Dash driver got annoyed when he found out that Happy Meals can’t be ordered by using the breakfast menu, as Fox News reports.

The driver started to get agitated. Before he took off in a white Toyota sedan, he commented that he would come back to the store and “execute everyone.”

The police officers were still at the location when a different call came in about a man with a gun. The victim reported that a man driving a white Toyota Yaris had pointed a gun at her and her passengers. It happened while they were going through a merge area onto I-95.

While setting out to investigate the second call another victim asked for the deputies’ help. That person said they had parked at Panera Bread when the suspect allegedly drove in the parking lot and threatened them with a gun. The victim said it was the Door Dash driver, but they did not know his name.

While the search was continuing, the driver came back to McDonald’s

While the police were searching for the suspect, the Door Dash driver decided to return to the McDonald’s where it all started. There was another call to the police reporting that he was back.

A sheriff’s deputy came to the location and arrested James Springer, 36, without incident. The police have stated that they were able to connect the driver to all the other incidents on the same day.

The suspect was charged with disorderly conduct, abusive language, and four counts of brandishing after the incidents in Aquia.
