    Atlanta Brewing Company

As Atlanta’s oldest craft brewery, Atlanta Brewing Company certainly knows what they are doing. The brewery was started in 1993 by a former Guinness executive. They brew innovative beers, focusing on quality and utilizing regional ingredients. Try the Hoplanta west coast IPA, an updated recipe of an old favorite, or any beers from the Georgia Aquarium series like the new Zebra Shark Zwickelbier.

    Best End Brewing Company

Best End Brewing Company opened in 2019 at the Lee + White complex in West End just off of the Atlanta Beltline Westside Trail. Best End Brewing features a 20-barrel brewery and a three-barrel pilot system brewing ales, pilsners, porters, lagers, IPAs, and sours. Their taproom serves a menu of bar foods ranging from wings to pizza, as well as a selection of tropical cocktails and wines. The brew pub is in the same complex with other top Atlanta breweries.

    Monday Night Brewing

Monday Night Brewing began as a Bible study group that brewed beer together on Monday nights. They spent five years perfecting their beers before bringing them to market and launching in 2011. The original West Midtown location focuses on core beer production and small batch hoppy beers, while their second location, Monday Night Garage in West End, focuses on barrel-aged, sour beers, and experimentation. Go for a standard like the Drafty Kilt Scotch Ale or a specialty brew like the Space Lettuce DIPA.

    SweetWater Brewing Company

SweetWater Brewing Company has been in business since 1997. The company gets its name from nearby Sweetwater Creek, and the brewery’s most popular beer, SweetWater 420 Extra Pale Ale, is anmed after the date it was first brewed, April 20th. They were recently acquired by Canadian cannabis company Aphria, but the brewery still feels local with a taproom and patio offering 24 brews on tap, tours, and tastings.

    New Realm Brewing

Since opening in 2018, New Real Brewing has become a neighborhood hangout on the Atlanta Beltline Eastside Trail. The brewery offers a full bar, tasting room, brewery tours, and rooftop bar with great skyline views of the city. New Realm offers IPAs, lagers, barrel-aged brews, and a brand of seltzers.
