RAYMOND, NH (WGME) - A New Hampshire woman is facing multiple charges after police say she drove more than 100 miles per hour with unbuckled children inside. Shortly after 9 o'clock Friday night, police spotted 23-year-old Shirley Stanley of Manchester speeding along Route 101 in the town of Raymond, at one point reaching 112 miles per hour.
