Spokane Sprague construction project affecting travelers for months
SPOKANE VALLEY, Wash. - The City of Spokane Valley started construction on the Sprague Multi-Modal Improvement Project on Monday with hopes to increase safety. Crews will be working on the westbound Sprague Avenue between North University Road and North Herald Road and will mostly work between the hours of 7 a.m. and 6 p.m. Monday through Friday.

Spokane drivers face delays as major paving projects begin Monday
SPOKANE, Wash. — Drivers on Spokane’s South Hill should prepare for delays on Monday as multiple roads will be closed. To begin, city crews will begin paving 29th between Ray and Ivory Streets. The roadway will be reduced to one lane in each direction from Ray Street to Grand Blvd. for this construction. To facilitate this work, Regal from 29th to 34th will also be closed.
