Pregnant Lea Michele Is a Fairy Princess in Gorgeous Met Gala Gown That Hugs Her Baby Bump

Lea Michele is in her fairy princess era, and our jaws are still on the floor after seeing her gorgeous Met Gala dress last night. The Glee alum looked radiant in a light blue dress that hugged her baby bump.

Her silk blue Rodarte dress had three straps running down one shoulder, dotted with delicate flowers. Her bump was on full display as she posed with her hands cradling her stomach. She had a beautiful lace shawl around her arms, which trailed behind her in a huge, statement-making train! The pregnant actress wore her long brown hair down in loose waves, and she looked radiant.

In a red-carpet interview with Associated Press, the Scream Queens actress said, “It’s an amazing, amazing experience to be here. This is my fifth Met, I’m honored to be here and bring my baby with me. It’s so unbelievable.” She added with a laugh, “I don’t think I was allowed a plus one, but I’m bringing one!”

Her elegant, fairy-like look was fitting for the “Sleeping Beauties” theme of the night, and it was a sharp contrast from another recent red-carpet dress. At the 2024 Hope Rising Benefit in New York last month, the Funny Girl alum wore a drapey red halter gown that connected via a gold clasp around her neck. She looked beautiful in that dress, too!

Michele is pregnant with her second child with husband Zandy Reich. (They are also parents to 3-year-old son Ever.) Last month , she went on a babymoon at the beach, captioning photos from the trip “Florida!!!” in a nod to Taylor Swift’s new song. She shared photos of her bump as she stood on a balcony of her hotel overlooking the beach, dressed in a black bandeau top and matching skirt. She also posted a picture of her in a crochet maxi dress and of her refreshing strawberry pineapple drink that she sipped on the beach.

Whether she is relaxing in a swimsuit or all dressed up for the biggest fashion event of the year, Michele looks gorgeous!
