NEW MARTINSVILLE, W.Va. (WTRF) — Two people are facing charges after police say they found three pounds of suspected methamphetamine and other drugs in New Martinsville.

The Wetzel County Sheriff’s Office said they were doing a traffic stop Tuesday that provided information that led to a search warrant on a home in New Martinsville.

The sheriff’s office said New Martinsville Police Department assisted in serving the warrant.

Police say they found close to three pounds of suspected methamphetamine, smaller amounts of cocaine, marijuana, and $2,674 in cash.
