Two indicted for murder in drive-by killing of innocent woman on Sailfish Drive
LAKE CHARLES, La. (KPLC) - A grand jury returned charges against three people Thursday after a woman was shot and killed in her home south of Lake Charles. Investigators said Annette D. Touvell, 65, was watching TV when she was shot in the head on Saturday, March 2. They said Touvell was not the target of the shooters, who they believed had been driving down Sailfish Drive and shooting at random houses.
