Hi hi hello, I have a date tonight, and I'm so excited! We're going to dress all cute, go out for a night on the town, it's gonna be wonderful. What do you have to look forward to today? <333

πŸ‘Ÿ Today is a special day in Nashville: The Rock 'n' Roll Marathon ! Lace up your sneakers, do your stretches and get ready to go for a run, walk or jog, whatever suits your fancy.

You hear about runners' high, and you think these people must be in some kind of cult. But some people genuinely enjoy it! It's a social activity, it helps you be healthy, there's lots of benefits to running.

There's Facebook groups, businesses to find the perfect shoe, articles and guides dedicated to great places to run. I'm not going to give it all away, but running culture is fascinating. Get to know some of the faces to cross the finish line today, and the businesses who helped them reach their goals.
