NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WKRN) — The Nashville Humane Association (NHA) is seeking a forever family for a cute and curious cat named Cammie.

According to the NHA, Cammie is a 2-year-old black and white domestic shorthair who weighs just over 8 pounds.

“This special girl purrs like an engine and will meow to let you know that she’d like your attention,” the shelter said. “She adores head rubs! One of the first things you may notice about Cammie is her unique nose!”

The NHA said Cammie is positive for feline immunodeficiency virus (FIV), but that won’t stop for from living a happy life with her humans.

If you submit an inquiry for Cammie, the shelter will connect you with its vet team, who can answer any questions you might have about FIV+ cats.

“One thing we know for certain is that this sweet girl is ready to find a home where she can watch birds out the window and snuggle up to you for some quality petting time!” the NHA told News 2.
