International 'Big Balloon Build' wraps up in Elkhart today
SOUTH BEND, Ind. -- Today was the last chance to see the international Big Balloon Build in Elkhart, one of only five stops here in the U.S. Thousands of tickets were sold for the one-of-a-kind experience.
