Portland man pleads guilty to conspiracy to commit bank fraud, identity theft
PORTLAND, Maine — A Portland man pleaded guilty Wednesday in a Portland court to conspiracy to commit bank fraud and aggravated identity theft. Court records show 22-year-old Paul Logugune and a coconspirator broke into unattended vehicles to steal purses and wallets between May and June 2022, the U.S. Attorney's Office, District of Maine said in a release.
