Each year, the Adams State University Foundation presents the Willis Fassett Jr. Award to someone who has been a strong supporter of the university. One of this year’s recipients – Duane Bussey ’82 – has a better idea than most what that means. Bussey had served on the Foundation’s Board of Directors for more than 20 years.
