A former field officer for the Alabama Bureau of Pardons and Paroles is facing multiple child abuse charges following a Morgan County grand jury indictment. Court records show Joddie Brooke King, 47, faces four charges of aggravated child abuse, and four charges of willful abuse of a child under the age of 18. She was arrested Monday and released from jail on $30,000 bond.
