Covington Schools adopts tentative budget
The Covington Independent Schools Board of Education adopted a tentative budget for the next fiscal year, which begins July 1, at their meeting Thursday night. Although an official measure from the board, the tentative budget is designed to be easily amended down the line as the district considers additional ways to cut costs.
