Monroe Police Department asks for the public’s help locating wanted man for 2nd Degree Murder

All persons are presumed innocent until proven guilty.

MONROE, La. (KTVE/KARD) — On Friday, April 26, 2024, Monroe Police Department officers responded to a shooting in the 2900 block of Barrington Drive.

When officers arrived at the scene, an adult male gunshot victim was found. The victim was taken to an area hospital where he later died.

MPD detectives have identified 25-year-old Brandon Caryell Hubbard, responsible for the shooting and is wanted for 2nd Degree Murder.
