Parts of mid-Missouri were hit by fast-moving storms on Thursday night. Areas of northeast Boone County like Sturgeon, Hallsville and Centralia saw the most damage. The Boone County Fire District said they started receiving various damage reports right after 9:30 p.m. Thursday, according to a spokesperson. The district confirmed there were no reported injuries.
