This new establishment will cover a robust 5,289 square feet as part of a renovation and alteration project valued at an estimated $650,000.

The scope of work outlines a substantial tenant build-out within a pre-existing 9,200 square foot building, adopting a Type II-b construction framework. This ambitious renovation aims to transform the space into a contemporary and welcoming sports bar environment, synonymous with the Buffalo Wild Wings brand. Patrons can expect an array of high-definition screens, an enhanced audio system for live sports, and, of course, the chain’s signature wings and array of sauces.
