The Milwaukee Bucks have been without Giannis Antetokounmpo for the first three games of their playoff series against the Indiana Pacers. In Game 4, they may be without Damian Lillard.

Shams Charania of The Athletic reported on Saturday that Lillard “suffered a strained Achilles, is in a walking boot and there is serious doubt over his availability for Game 4 vs. Pacers on Sunday.”

He added “Lillard has played through significant soreness in his Achilles tendon in recent weeks, and reaggravated the injury late in fourth quarter of Game 3 loss Friday night. Bucks now facing likelihood of playing without Lillard and Giannis Antetokounmpo.”

Lillard is averaging 32.3 points per game in the postseason. That not only leads the Bucks but is tied with Los Angeles Lakers star Anthony Davis for second in the postseason, trailing only Philadelphia 76ers star Joel Embiid. Lillard has also led the Bucks in scoring in two of the first three games against Indiana, including 35 points in the Game 1 win.

While Lillard led the Bucks to a win in the first game, the series has since shifted. The Pacers took home-court advantage by winning Game 2 in Milwaukee, then held serve in Game 3.
