Skittle and her calf were most recently seen on March 21 off the coast of Georgia, the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration Fisheries division said. SAVANNAH, Ga. — Saturday is a WJCL Alert Day, as strong to severe thunderstorms move into southeast Georgia and the Lowcountry. Timing of the showers and storms looks to be later morning into the afternoon. The highest threat today will be damaging wind gusts, about 40-50-plus mph, and heavy downpours that could cause some localized flooding. The chance for tornadoes is low but we are not ruling out the chance for an isolated tornado.
