The new orthopedics office will include eight treatment rooms and an on-site X-ray suite specializing in spine and joint orthopedics, foot and ankle care, vein treatment and pain management.

It also will have 4,000 square feet dedicated to conservative care and rehabilitation, including physical therapy, occupational therapy, chiropractic care and athletic recovery.

"I am honored to bring our commitment to exceptional health care to the heart of Middletown," said Nick Bufano, chief executive officer of Alliance Orthopedics, in a statement. "The legacy of Crestview Pharmacy inspires us to continue fostering trust, loyalty and a genuine connection with our patients."

Alliance has six other offices in Freehold, East Brunswick, Bloomfield, Fair Lawn, Randolph and Old Bridge.
