LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- A Louisville doctor said alcohol is the most-used substance among teenagers, a trend that can have negative long-term affects. The World Health Organization reports that almost 60% of 15-year-olds have tried alcohol at least once, while nearly 40% said they have drank within the last month.
