Pfaadt starred during the 2023 postseason, clinching the Diamondbacks' Game 7 NLCS win over the Philadelphia Phillies and starting Game 3 in the World Series against the Texas Rangers.

George Rogers Clark basketball star Ciara Byars announced she's made a major step in her recovery from knee surgery, getting rid of her brace.
Byars, a junior, sustained the season-ending injury in January. She is a top-40, four-star recruit who has received offers from Kentucky, Louisville, Maryland, Miami, Michigan, Mississippi State, Virginia Tech and West Virginia.
High school recruiting: Christian Academy freshman Ja'Hyde Brown receives offer from Toledo football
Christian Academy freshman Ja'Hyde Brown recently received an offer from Toledo football. Brown was sixth on the team with 121 receiving yards on nine catches in the 10 games he played. Brown is a wideout and defensive back for the reigning state champions. Brown holds offers from Miami (Ohio) and Kentucky.
