Timing Thunder On Race Day
The parade, and today’s track activities for the fans should be fine. On Sunday: rain rolls in from the west right after Noon. Showers and storms could begin around 1 or 2pm at the Track…perhaps ending by 4 or 5pm, before another round of rain and storms near sunset and through the evening and overnight. So: be ready for rain, delays, and maybe even a complete postponement. It would be the first one this century. Monday looks mostly dry. Just in case!
