Inmate pleads guilty in escape from van in I-95 traffic jam
An inmate who escaped from custody during a traffic jam in Waltham, Massachusetts, has pleaded guilty in the February incident. Victor Rodriguez De Moura-Pereira, 20, was being transported in a Plymouth County Sheriff's Department van when he escaped on Interstate 95 on Feb. 26.
