The five-bedroom, five-bathroom home was built on the man-made island in 2017. Overlooking the Biscayne Bay, the residence sits on 10,500 square feet. Outside, there is a large, private boating dock and lift, an infinity pool, and a roof deck complete with panoramic views of Miami’s skyline.

Inside is an open-concept floor plan with slate flooring and recessed lighting are present throughout the home. The living room includes high ceilings and wide windows overlooking the water. Natural stone finishes, sculptured light fixtures, and a large center island give Ross’ kitchen a modern, chic appeal. Floor-to-ceiling windows provide the dining room with a sleek yet relaxing aesthetic. Also on the property is an office, laundry room, and one-car garage.

Upstairs, the bedrooms all include en suite bathrooms, walk-in closets, and oversized windows with views of Miami’s waterfront. Central heat and air along with security doors round out Ross’ home.
