GROVE CITY, Pa. — A local student was recognized by Grove City College as the school acknowledged the remarkable academic achievements of its students. At a ceremony held at Harbison Chapel on April 24, Judah-David Shay, of Fairmount City, was honored with not one, but two substantial scholarships—the Frederick S. Kring Scholarship and the David E.
