COLUMBUS, Miss. (WTVA) – The Lowndes County Sheriff’s Office says deputies arrested a man wearing an ankle monitor after he allegedly broke into a garage. The sheriff's office says deputies were called to Dauphine Drive after a 16-year-old reported seeing a man on surveillance camera breaking into the garage and eventually leaving with stolen property.
