Sierra Vista man accused of threatening school staff
TUCSON, Ariz. (13 News) - A man has been arrested after allegedly threatening staff at a school in Cochise County. The Sierra Vista Police Department said Charles B. Wise, 33, is facing charges of engaging in an act of terrorism, aggravated assault, interfering with an institution, and using an electronic device to threaten or intimidate. He is also facing a charge of criminal damage for a previous incident.
