BOONE COUNTY, W.Va. (WCHS) — A West Virginia Division of Highways truck that was stolen from a state garage in Mingo County in August has been found. The Mingo County Sheriff’s Office said the truck, which was stolen on Aug. 14, was found abandoned in a wooded area of Boone County by West Virginia State Police.
