A Marin County man has reportedly been arrested in connection to the alleged sales of controlled substances out of a homeless encampment on Binford Road. According to a press release by the Marin County Sheriff’s Office, detectives from the Specialized Investigative Unit (SIU) executed a search warrant regarding a man by the name of Terry Kramer (age 60), his VW hatchback, and his RV located on Binford Road on May 19.
