Syracuse, N.Y. — A man was arrested Wednesday for shooting a 22-year-old in the Huntley Apartments in December in the Strathmore neighborhood in Syracuse, police said. At 7:51 a.m. on Dec. 13, a 911 caller reported someone had been shot in the leg in the basement at The Huntley at 409 Stolp Ave. in Syracuse, according to dispatches from the Onondaga County 911 Center.
