Two men arrested after gunshot on I-94 in Mandan

The two men in the vehicle at the time of the gunshot have been identified as Robbie Seidel and Robert Habiger.

Both Seidel and Habriger were in Morton County Court on Monday, where their bond was set at $2,000.

Seifel has a previous charge for Felony Drug Possession in Burleigh County, and will be back in court next month.

MANDAN, ND (KXNET) — Two men have been detained after a gunshot was fired in Mandan on the afternoon of Sunday, April 21.

According to the Mandan Police Department, at approximately 12:25 p.m., a Highway Patrol trooper was following a car on I-94 eastbound in Mandan (just east of Exit 153) when they heard a gunshot, and witnessed the passenger side window of the car shatter.

After the trooper stopped the vehicle, they detained two men inside the car without incident. A search of the vehicle revealed that a loaded handgun was present in the automobile. Both men in question were arrested for being felons in possession of a firearm. No injuries were reported during the incident.213
