A Massachusetts man won a $1 million prize from a lottery ticket he’d bought for $5 in his hometown. The prize was from the lottery’s “Waves of Cash” scratch ticket game, which was released on Aug. 1, 2023. There’s just one $1 million prize left to be claimed in the game as of April 25.
