DU BOIS, Penn. — The 2024 season came to an abrupt end for the Lyon College Scots softball team on Tuesday afternoon at Heindl Field in Du Bois, Penn. The Scots (19-19) lost their second game of the double-elimination USCAA Small College Softball World Series on Tuesday to Penn State Du Bois 6-4 in eight innings. Lyon lost on Monday night 1-0 to Penn State Schuylkill.
