Man, 30, arrested in connection to 2022 Allentown homicide
ALLENTOWN, Pa. — The Lehigh County District Attorney's Office says a 30-year-old Allentown man has been arrested in connection with a 2022 homicide in the city. According to the DA's office, Steven Michael Rosa is charged in the killing of 33-year-old Tywon Deleva Abner. Abner was fatally shot in the chest just after 11 p.m. in the 500 block of West Allen Street, the DA's office said.
