SYRACUSE, N.Y. (WSYR-TV) — A 32-year-old Syracuse man was sentenced to 10 years in federal prison for possession of methamphetamine with the intent to distribute. Javier Bachiller admitted that back on Oct. 19, 2023, he possessed 500 grams or more of meth in a Syracuse garage he was renting that he intended to distribute.
