Area Athletes Place At Top 10 Meet In Glasgow
District 2-C athletes fared well by earning top four recognition in events during the Top 10 track meet held in Glasgow on April 29. Savage’s Brooke Reuter came away with first-place honors in the 100 at 12.63 and 200 at 25.59. The senior also placed second in the long jump at 17-5 and third in the triple jump at 33-8.
Summers Breaks Record At Top 10 Meet
Wolf Point’s Peyton Summers came through with flying colors at the Top 10 track meet in Glasgow on Monday, April 29. Summers, a senior, posted a new record for the Top 10 meet with a personal best time of 9:23.76 in the 3200-meter run. Summers broke legendary Poplar runner Scott McGowan’s 25-year record by running a 9:23 in the 3200 Also placing for the Wolves was Charles Page, a senior, with a best of 47-8 for second place in the shot put.

Lustre’s Terran Joseph enjoyed an outstanding track meet during action in Wolf Point on Friday, May 3. The senior was a triple- winner as he finished first in the 100-meter dash at 12.01, 200 at 23.9 and 400 at 53.78 seconds. He also placed fifth in the long jump with a mark of 19-0.
