Frederick County speller eliminated at national bee
Chase Camuti, who represented Frederick County in this week's National Spelling Bee, was eliminated from the competition on Tuesday. Chase, a fifth grader at Glade Elementary School, went out in round 1 on Tuesday when he misspelled "guerite," which is defined by Merriam-Webster dictionary as "a turret or shelter for a sentry on an old fort."
