CASPER, Wyo. –– Wyoming’s first-ever Dave’s Hot Chicken restaurant will open in its Casper location before the year ends. “Construction is moving along nicely in Casper,” said Wyatt Prime in an email to Oil City News. Wyatt co-owns franchisee Montana Chicken Co. with his brother Luke Prime and business partners Benjamin Quinlan and Al Graziano.
