Sports Car Erupts Into Flames in Hollywood Hills Garage

HOLLYWOOD HILLS WEST, LOS ANGELES, Apr. 26 (KNN) — A vehicle erupted into flames overnight inside a garage in the Hollywood Hills West neighborhood.

The Los Angeles Fire Department along with the Los Angeles County Fire Department responded to a structure fire around 12:50 a.m. Friday in the 9200 block of Cordell Drive.

Upon arrival, firefighters observed a vehicle on fire with exposure to another vehicle inside the same garage. The burning vehicle appeared to be a sports car.

The fire was quickly contained and no injuries were reported. One resident was inside the home at the time of the fire and was safely evacuated.

The cause of the fire is unknown at this time.
