Step inside Bitchin' Kitten Brewery, a cat-themed brewery
Brigitte and Michael Crosson are the dynamic duo behind Bitchin Kitten Brewery. The brewery is named after the couple's cat, Shadow, who is said to have hated every person she's ever met. The cat theme is apparent throughout the brewery and on the labels of their cans. However, the brewery's dedication to cats extends beyond aesthetics. The pair actively collaborate with nonprofit cat rescues, donating a portion of their proceeds and organizing fundraisers. The brewery boasts a diverse selection of beers, each with its own distinctive twist. One standout is their award-winning sour ale, featuring a specialty yeast known as 'Philly Sour' that was originally from a cemetery in Philadelphia. The couple's dedication to brewing and their feline muse has resulted in a destination spot that draws visitors from near and far.
